I rub tomato or basil pesto on the crusts to give them extra flavor

before baking. I like the sun-dried tomato pesto the best. :)

I use the small Kinnikinnick crusts and always toast them in the

toaster oven before putting sauce and toppings on and baking again

like a normal crust. Much crispier that way :o)
