Guest guest
Hi, I did the stool test quite recently. I found it very easy to get in that much fat. Just counting the fat I eat daily was an eye-opener. Gluten-free food is high in fat. Look at the fat content of the Whole Foods breads. Ten grams a slice as I recall. There are charts that will you the fat content of many foods. I googled for it and then printed one out. A whole CA avocado has 30 grams of fat alone. I ate one each of the days. Butter on the bread. Dairy products. Cooking oils. They all add up. Store the collection jar in a cool place. That would be my advice. Good luck. I'm glad I'm getting the test done, but wow, that's a lot of fat > grams.
