Hi,

I did the stool test quite recently. I found it very easy to get in that much

fat. Just counting

the fat I eat daily was an eye-opener. Gluten-free food is high in fat. Look at

the fat

content of the Whole Foods breads. Ten grams a slice as I recall.

There are charts that will you the fat content of many foods. I googled for it

and then

printed one out. A whole CA avocado has 30 grams of fat alone. I ate one each of

the days.

Butter on the bread. Dairy products. Cooking oils. They all add up.

Store the collection jar in a cool place. That would be my advice. Good luck.
