I just had to write in and say how pleasantly surprised I was with

this place. Yesterday I did a golf tournament with my Dad at Silver

Creek. A few days beforehand, I called the *nice* woman who was in

charge of the tournament (not directly connected to the golfcourse)

to ask if there would be a place I could store my lunch for the 4+

hours and/or if there would be a microwave I could use to heat

something up. She wasn't too familiar with GF (don't worry - I

educated her!), but said she'd take care of it.

Long story short, they had special meals for me. For lunch I had an

amazing spicy (perhaps his version of hot and sour?) soup and a

variety of other things. I want to find out which brand of rice

noodles were used because they were heaven! There were several

different types of GF (Lara) energy bars in my golf cart and I never

went hungry. They even went so far as getting a few GF beers.

Although I never tasted it, my Dad said it was " just okay. "

Someone did their research because I was even given a brand-new

spoon with my soup!

The lady who co-ordinated all of this was amazing. My Dad even spoke

with her about doing my wedding when my love and I finally set a

date!
