I know this may sound harsh, but my 15-year old celiac daughter simply makes sure to pack food wherever she goes. We are not a celiac nation yet, and certainly a well-worded letter to those who run the concessions at the Giants facility would be worth the effort.

People generally want to help; but they need to be educated first. Spend the time to work with the Park concessions.
