Guest guest
If they're the same wasabi chips that I used to buy, the originally had no gluten ingredients, then contained wheat germ, then went back to no gluten added. I guess they've returned to wheat germ. Or perhaps this is a short-term experiment by the manufacturers. They used to be my "gotta have" food. Very good with gin and tonic. In my neighborhood, caramelized seaweed chips are sold at the farmer's market. They're extremely good, but they certainly aren't going to show up in the big supermarkets. One could make something like them at home, of course. The were unfortunately named "Tsunami Chips" many years ago. H. I guess if I had been eating them for something other than “emergency-snack-food-when-I-haven’t-eaten-all-day-and-am-super-exhausted-and-already-have-a-headache†food, I would have noticed sooner.
