strange weight gain

Question guys;

I am 2 1/2 years post op and have gained 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I

have not really changed my eating habits at all..... I have went

back to protein shakes and that is it for the past 3 days and still

gained a pound.... I have been really constipated lately, do you

think it could be a blockage? can we get a blockage this late?

What do you think is up
