Hello, My name is Ani and I am 9 years out from open rny surgery. My

beginning weight was 486.5 lb. I now weigh 221. I experienced a weight

gain over the last l and 1/2 years

of 42 lb. I have now lost that gain and a couple extra lbs. My surgery was

not easy, I suffered complications that kept me in the hospital 4 months and

then a nursing home 13 more months. If I had to do it over again, I would

do it in a flat second. Life is good, and I feel so very much better.
