Yeast infection?

Anyone experience this one? My belly button is bright red inside. It's only on

the inside no where close to the outside, probably why I have no idea how long

it's been this way. Don't usually look INSIDE my navel (kind of hard to do,

LOL). I'm 17 months post-op so not related to surgery. Haven't had any

plastics done, so not related to that. It does seem to always have been " damp "

in there; I have noticed that the last couple of months. Sometimes even first

thing in the morning (damp I mean). Didn't think much about it other than it

was probably retaining water because of the shape my tummy is now a days. It's

kinda closed up where it was more open before (bigger tummy, more open -- lose

weight, smaller tummy, closed navel -- makes sense).

Anyway it's red, a bit crusty near the edge, feels a bit " warm " and is a bit

stinky. All signs of yeast infection, right? I've got some Nystatin powder my

doc prescribed for rashes. Would this help? Warrant a trip to the doc? Just

wondering if anyone else can relate and tell me what might help. No pain, no

symptoms other than those above. TIA

S.
