High Folate Level

My doctor's nurse just called yesterday to tell me that my last test for B12

showed a high Folate level at 20--normal high end of range is 19. My B12 was

245 which she said was in the normal range but from what I have found, a more

acceptable range for B12 is in the 500's or 600's. She wasn't concerned about

the B12 but rather the high level of Folate.

Does anyone know if SCD affects Folate levels and if a 20 is anything to be

concerned about?

My weight is down by about 8-10 pounds(now weigh 100 lbs, 5'3 " ). I started SCD

11 months ago.
