First of all Jac don't leave, I don't think talking abut your hubby

being in the land of sand is political. I agree with Terry that you

need support and encouragement and I for one am here for you. My

husband is also over in the land of sand and it truly does impact

every part of your life, including our health. I agree that we

should not lean toward talking about our feelings of leadership and

such but stick to talking about our loved ones and how we are finding

healthy ways of coping. Keep on sharing and we'll keep on caring.
