Just got back from a day of driving, doctor's appointments and a great big

euphoria. DH and I made a day of driving 2 1/2 hrs for two doctor's

appointments and then some shopping. The good news is that my surgeon said I

was doing

" amazing " and on the upper curve of weight loss from bypass surgery. He also

told me that buying ice cream for my family and me only taking a couple bites

myself was a " normal " behavior. I told him that was good to hear because I

really don't know what " normal " is. Sure made me feel good though to know

someone thinks me as normal. LOL
