high cholesterol

Does anyone know what can be taken for high cholesterol? I was taking Red Yeast

Rice and I was told that it was not recommended for SCD diet. I am unable to

take high Cholesterol medication because my liver is not able to tolerate it.

If anyone can give me advice as to what I can take in it's place I would really

appreciate it. I have both high cholesterol and high triglycerides.
