Clothing Size

I am sorry if I offended anyone by mentioning my size of clothing. I did that

because

at 5'5 " and 133 some would think that I should be thinner, at least my family

memebers who are that size weigh much less then I do. So I was actually

supporting

your idea that size or weight don't matter.

I learned that your frame size plays a very large role in your overall weight.

My wrists

are larger then my husbands or my fathers even at my current weight. I lived

with a

bird boned family (no offense please) and always felt fat even when I wasn't. I

beleive

that this in many ways contributed to my miswiring. When I saw my nutritionist

the

first time and she measured my writst hips knees etc. I was told I would still

be large

boned if I was 6 feet tall.

I have friends that are 6 feet tall and wear 14s and look like a size 4 or 6

would on a

5'4' tall woman. You are correct height and frame size make a difference and I

did

not mean in any way to imply something different.

Eek trying to be careful,

Gloria
