Oftentimes a strong reprimand and " tough love " is necessary on the part of

our over-worked and often under-appreciated moderators. Personally, I believe

that approach could be used more often in many cases, but then again, I've

never been known to " kill 'em with kindness. "

A followup by you, however, really touched me. What kind and thoughful words

you offered. (You got MY attention, and that's a good thing!)
