Hi there,

You're in control of this. You can stop receiving e-mail from this

group by editing your membership. You have to come to the group site

to do this. Then click on EDIT MEMBERSHIP and change the mail delivery

options to " Read messages on site " .

Judging from the subject line on your post, you've been receiving

daily digests from the group. Either you chose that when you joined,

or you didn't realize you had selected that. This happens to many

people.

You can also choose to leave the group, if you want to.
