Has anyone tried this recipe from the BTVC? The instructions state to Combine

egg yolks, pineapple, lemon juice, lemon rind, honey and salt. Cook over hot

water until thick... How do you cook OVER hot water?

I have everything to make this desert.. But I am not sure what to do..
