Gas too much Gas!

My husband seems to be almost over flare, The bms are fine , very very little

bl.now, But He is still complaining of gas, I messed up Tues and gave him some

lentils (he's only been on diet 2 months or less) but 3 days now, this is what

he is complaining about. gas,I gave charcoal tabs , don't have any pep.tea

handy. I am so overwhelmed going to store,

looking at All those teas, Would you mind Telling me What Brand to get ,

any thing else to do about gas. He is back eating intro only so I can not figure

it out.
