hey bob it was me and it was TOO sweet in the end - hubby ate it all though!!

lol

I buttered parchment paper -peeled and sliced 4 good baking apples (i had royal

gala here)

then i combined 1/2 cup honey (I think less woud be better???)

1 cup pecan flour

1/3 cup butter (could do coc oil i'm sure )

1/4 tsp cinnamon

supposed to do 1/4 tsp nutmeg but mine was packed away lol

spooned it on top of apples, spread and baked at 375 for 30 minutes or so

Another great way to fix these it to just core the apple and then pour the

honey/flour/cinnamon inside! Tasty and fun to eat :)
