Very concerned

I am very concerned. Today is the second time this month I left the house to go out and have dinner and left something on the stove cooking. I came home to black smoke and my dogs panting terribly...I walked in and even with the smoke I couldn't figure out why it was smokey. I have never done anything like this before and now this is the second time in a month. My memory is going. I mean I had no clue when I walked in the house. I have been forgetting to turn on my 02 when I come home. I come in and put the canula on and forget to turn it on and sometimes I turn it on to 2 lpm when I am on 4...I can go all day without realizing what is going on....it is like my brain is just fuzzy all the time. I am so fatigued too...just very fatigued....I am scared. I am afraid I have altzhiemer's. Joyce R AZ birds
