tattoo question

I was wondering can you get a tattoo over a scar? I had my lower body lift

on 9-29 and would like to get a vine and flowers over it or even zigzag across

it....can you tattooo over it?

Also when can you tan after surgery? My surgeon was sent to Iraq so he isnt

avail for Q's
