Guest guest Posted November 14, 2005 Report Share Posted November 14, 2005 Scheduled for December and trying to figure out how much help I need after surgery. I will be in the hospital the day of sx and two days after that. From there I am trying to plan on my husband and grandparents to watch over me. When will I be ok on my own if they have to go to work? I know the first few days after I get out of the hospital my husband is taking off work. What about in the hospital? I know the nurses will be around, but is it necessary to have my husband there the whole time? I would feel bad that he would be as miserable as I right after the surgery. Any suggesions or thoughts?
