I've been on SCD for about 3 months now. So far so good. However, a friend is getting married and the wedding is three hours away. I'll have to get a hotel room. This is the first time since I started the diet that I will actually do any sort of traveling that requires me to transport my food. Does anyone have recommendations on the kind cooler or means of transport i can use to ensure that my food doesn't spoil and stays fresh for over a day? I verified that the hotel will have a fridge so it basically just needs to last on the way there and back again. By all means, if you have a product that you recommend I buy, please let me know.
