Question on going back to work

Hey all, I'm going back to work Monday (3 weeks post-op) and I am not

sure what to take to eat. What's easy. I have a frig and microwave at

work, still I'm not sure what I should pack. At home I only eat soup.

What do you all take. and how do you take it? Thanks
