I am not sure if they are the same thing. They will tighten my

stomach muscles, pull up my outer thighs and butt , get rid of the

excess skin from all around the middle (front, back and sides) and

smooth out my outer thighs with a little lipo.

Yes, that was always my understanding. There is a lot of different names

for it if I remember right.
