Everyone,

Many of us know how valuable a MAGIC membership can be. In fact most of the

information that goes from family to family on this listserve can be traced

back to MAGIC. With the New Year upon us, last years memberships are

expired and it is time to renew. Membership includes special interest

groups, help with insurance, networking, an invitation and discounts to the

FABULOUS one stop shop convention in Chicago this July as well as access to

a HUGE article library with all of the latest research articles on RSS and

related topics, newsletters for parents and children, pen pals etc. Not to

mention the website!!! And this is only what is tangible!! Without our

support MAGIC would not be able to function. Can you imagine your life

without the support of this listserve?? I know I can't! That is what it

would be like for MAGIC without your support. Membership is $35.00/yr and

worth every penny.

K. posted a message titled " A promise Made is a Debt Unpaid " , message

#37268 last year. She was so poignant that I would never even dare to sum

up her post, (and it is in the archives if you would like to read it and I

recommend you do.), but she gave great strategies for how to " save " 30.00

for a membership and the value of that membership.

And there are those of us who despite all the many ways we save each penny,

there still aren't any extra ones. MAGIC recognizes this. If this is you,

I encourage you to call MAGIC anyway and inquire about donated memberships.

There are those members who donate extra memberships for those truly in

need.

So if you haven't renewed your membership or have never been a member, I

encourage you to call 800-3MAGIC3 or go to their website at

today!
