hernia/tummy tuck

: I am a lurker usually. Had wls surgery in October 2000.

Lost 150 pounds. Had hernia/tummy tuck/ hysterectomy in Aug. 2002.

Other than a sore back had no stomach pain and healed fairly

quickly.

Also , I was a popcorn/donut addict before my wls. I call them my

risk foods and refuse to touch them. Have had either for 3 years. I

do enjoy popcorn rice cakes however. If anyone offers me them I

refuse and state < no thank you...I never touch them....think of them

as balls of fat. It works...
