DS.....I totally agree with Bruce........I saw a local doctor for two years and though he is an excellent doctor, I decided to seek another opinion at the University of Chicago this month. I have been there twice and have had more done in two weeks than in the past two years. Just yesterday I received a packet from them showing every test I have had done, all the results and a four page letter all about my case. I too will probably have a biopsy, but at the U of Chicago they don't even do open lung biopsies anymore. They do the VATS procedure which is much less invasive. My best to you. I was terrified when I got the diagnosis but this group is the best to help lift your mood and the information you get is priceless.
