biting food

To all of you who are post op, do you see yourself ever biting into,

say, an apple, even when your OS says you can begin to eat normally

again? I've always seen other people bite into things that I would

never dream of from my pre op perspective, but I don't know if I would

have the nerve, even after everything's done. Any thoughts/comments?
