Thanks for sharing the info. Have you tried a TOT collar for the tort? We were

having limited success with the PT, and we started using the TOT collar and saw

much faster improvement. My son still wears it part-time, and if he seems to be

getting worse, I just put him in it full-time (about 8 hours) for a few days. It

only costs about $60 dollars and is easy to fit. It is meant to be fitted by the

PT, but you can buy it online yourself (google it). I bought mine online and

brought it to a PT appt. to get it fitted.

Chiropractor for her unresolved tort. I took with me x-rays that were previously

taken in May and July of this year so I would not have to pay for more x-rays.

Imagine my shock when the doctor asked me when my daughter broke her clavical?

Considering that until that moment I had not known. Both x-rays clearly show a

break that had already healed and was calcifying.

verified that my daughter at some point in her life had a broken claviacal. No

one caught it. Not the Ped, the cranio / facial expert/ the orthodist/ the

therapists/ no one.

clavical could be the underlying cause of her tort and possibly the reason I

cannot get rid of the final little bit of tilt we have left. I called and

scheduled her appointment and it is on Monday November 29th at 0830.

they report it. She has had tort pretty much since birth. It is my belief that

she had a broken clavical since birth. She screamed pretty much from day 1 till

about 12 weeks. Ped always said colic / reflux....now I really wonder.

was a big baby. Tort is a symptom, maybe the broken bone was the trigger to our

medical journey. The break caused the Tort, the Tort caused the Plagio........
