Guest guest Posted December 20, 2009 Report Share Posted December 20, 2009 When I lived in Alaska our little dogs (a toy poodle & a jack russell mix) always wore their booties outside to do their thing & then ran like crazy to get in the house. I did some research and found an online site to make your own booties. I would recommend using an old pair of jeans for the denim material. You don't need a sewing machine either. The booties stay on fine with the velcro. The dog mushers use them all the time in the winter & in the summer because of hot pavement. Here you go - give it a try!
