Tomatoes with mozzarella and basil with salt and olive

oil.

Fruit and cheese, sometimes with salami and cold cuts

or smoked salmon.

Vietnamese cold noodles with no broth. (Of course we

eat this at the restaurant.)

Ice cream! Haggan Dasz (sp?) - a lot of the company's

flavors are gluten free. I had avoided dairy for a

long while but I started again recently and found that

I can tolerate it pretty well. I take a lactose enzyme

pill to help.
