Guest guest
I BBQ before the sun comes up. You can add cold meats and salmon to a salad or eat with side dishes. Keep cool
Guest guest
Tomatoes with mozzarella and basil with salt and olive oil. Fruit and cheese, sometimes with salami and cold cuts or smoked salmon. Vietnamese cold noodles with no broth. (Of course we eat this at the restaurant.) --- piglet95037 <csilverstein@...> wrote: > What are you all eating on these hot hot days? > > I hate to turn my oven or stove on, and no one will > go outside and > bbq... > > and I'm really getting tired of salads. Guest guest
Ice cream! Haggan Dasz (sp?) - a lot of the company's flavors are gluten free. I had avoided dairy for a long while but I started again recently and found that I can tolerate it pretty well. I take a lactose enzyme pill to help.
