Bad breath

My daughter says she tastes a nasty taste and her breath is

very bad. She had a upper lafort I on Saturday Aug 13th.

Did anyone have this problem and if so how long does it

last? She brushes and rinses and the Doctor told her to

use a water pic on the lowest setting as long as she doesn't

spray her incisions. But nothing helps.
