I look is the fact that I now eat a very healthy diet. I think about what I

put in my mouth and I make sure it is good for me. That is my choice and to

me...eating junk food and Big Macs (even if I can lose weight) is not

successful. I wanted to change more about myself with this surgery than my

size.

what i was thinking but could not put into words

our size is a great benefit

but the healthy lifestyle change at least for me is the key

if you get that, whatever method u choose is a huge success imho
