Guest guest Report post Posted October 18, 2000 Donna, We are not supposed to eat nitrates which are in lunch meats and hot-dogs. You can find both of these with no nitrates in them at healthfood stores. This was in a paper DR. R wrote. Trish
Guest guest Report post Posted October 18, 2000 Donna, Only one question. Too much for what? Not for a human being. Sheesh. Sounds like nothing. CAn't wait to see what the post-oppers think. As a pre-op, I want you to eat enough to stay healthy. Could tht little bit be enough for that? Guess the money saved on food will all go into the wardrobe budget, huh?PhillyJude
