Donna,

We are not supposed to eat nitrates which are in lunch meats and

hot-dogs. You can find both of these with no nitrates in them at healthfood

stores. This was in a paper DR. R wrote.

Donna, Only one question. Too much for what? Not for a human being.

Sheesh. Sounds like nothing. CAn't wait to see what the post-oppers think.

As a pre-op, I want you to eat enough to stay healthy. Could tht little bit

be enough for that? Guess the money saved on food will all go into the

wardrobe budget, huh?PhillyJude

Hi all,

I was worried that I was eating too much so I wrote down everything I ate

for two days.

Here is the total for 2 whole days

1 6oz Yoplait

1 2.5oz Gogurt yogurt

4 saltines

1 pack Nabs (took me 3 hours to eat 6 crackers)

1/2 can chicken noodle soup-did not finish

1/4 cp raisin bran with milk to soften, but did not consume the milk

1/4 small bagel with teeny bit of butter

5 Pringles potatoe chips-low fat kind

12oz V8 (6 oz per day)

1 slice lebanon bologna (lunch meat)

1 pc toast with 2 tbs tuna salad (did not finish this though)

1 square of my son's Hershey bar-which was not that great

1 small small box raisins 1/2 oz

lots and lots of water

What do you think?

Best Regards,

Donna Schanzenbacher
