I have insurance through my job( which is giving me the run around). I can qualify for medicaid, if I meet my $8,000.00 deductible. Meaning, I must have medical bills totalling up to atleast $8,000.00 ofcourse, after the operation, I will! I also, can bring them a statement, stating the cost of the surgery, etc. Now, why would you need to switch doctors? What is the problem your having? From my understanding medicaid and medicare wil pay for this surgery, if medically neccessary. Where are you in the Carolina's? Charlene Durham, N.C. P.S.
