Faxed my letter from Dr. R to BSBS State Employees amd Teachers of NC at noon

today. At 2:30, I called and they acknowledged that they have it in their

system and I will hear in 3-5 working days whether they approve or not.

Here's hoping! If not, I have already line up a home equity loan. There's

no stopping me now.
