Reflux after RNY.

Hi Vicki,

I am 6 weeks post -op (open RNY) before surgery I never ever had a single

bout with acid reflux. Now since RNY surgery I have had such a hard time

with

it and am on a high potency med to combat it and the docs said it may be

permanent or it can go away whenever it wants..

Now most people have it the opposite where they have it before and it is

relieved and goes away. Everyone is different and reacts differently so

just don't bank on it to go away nothing is written in stone for anyone...

I pray you don't have it post-op
