Oh , I am bad about exercising. Going to rehab 3 times a week for an hour really helps. I know I have to be there and there are so many wonderful people there. None of us want to be there, so the time goes by fast while we laugh the hour away. I try to use the treadmill and bike here on my days off. Think if I start a habit it will stay. Speaking of habits....... I want you all to know that on Nov 23, I will be one year smoke free. Boy that went by fast huh?.. Think that was my best accomplishment yet. I still take one day at a time. ( hey, it's working.) LOL
