Hi , LOL, Cath, , Squeek, Marilyn and all of you. I am

the new member. I have been reading all your letters. They are so

helpful. It is nice to talk to someone that understands what this

disease is all about. I am at least glad we cleared up the peanut

butter issue. I was ready to run out and add that to my list of

goodies. Too bad. As for the snow you are experiencing I sure don't

miss it here in Arizona. Warm and sunshine here.

I do like to hear about the ones who are doing so much better, it

gives me hope. Although I am not in any pain or discomfort, I sure am

worried about the future.. I sure wish I had an idea on how fast or

slow this illness progresses.

Can anyone recommend what kind of vitamins should be taken. I am not

on any right now, just calcium along with the pred. Has anyone tried

any other alternative medications, along with the traditional of

course.
