Leg cramps

Sorry to hear about your leg cramps. I get them so bad at night I

just cry. This has been going on for years. They did ultrasound on

the veins to see if there was any blockage, there wasn't, so the

doctor doesn't know what causes them. My husband's aunt is having

the problem real bad too that she doesn't get any sleep at night.

She thought it was from her diabetes, but when she went to the

doctor today he said " no " . He gave her muscle relaxers. She's

tried quinne and everything else there is. They ran some blood

tests on her to see if it was a lack of minerals. She's had these

for 20 years, but they are getting worse all the time. Any

suggestions from others about this would be most appreciated.
