intolerant of honey in nut yogurt?

Hi!

I tried the macadamia nut yogurt. I made it with 2 tbs honey as the

recipe called for. The problem is that I really don't tolerate honey.

When I made a large batch of burgers with 2 tbs of honey both my

nursing daughter and me had reactions for several days. Yesterday I

tried a few teaspoons of the yogurt and I got a bit hyper, had some

achyness in my joints and slept badly last night. I don't know if it is

from the honey in the yogurt or from the macadamia nuts (have had big

problems with eating nuts before). My daughter also slept poorly last

night. Does anyone have any insight on this? Could it just be dieoff

reaction? Should I try it for several days?

Is it possible to make the yogurt without the honey?

Thanks!
