Intro diet question

One more question please...My 3 1/2 year old (asd)never did any intro

diet and been on diet for 1 month. She never had constipation or

diarrhoea. She also loves any food so was already eating most of the

healthy stuff. She had a die off reaction just from cutting out grains

and sugar and was much happier all round. I also do not think she

would touch the list of food for intro diet. What does anyone think?
