One Month Update

Dear All,

Just wanted to let you know that my one month MGB anniversary was Sunday. I

took another picture (I am ging to make a montly journal of statistics and

pictures) with a big sign in front of me so I can keep the pictures straight

when they are developed. The good news is I can type my current weight in and

start with the number " 2 " !!! My fingers still keep wanting to go to that number

" 3 " . :0). For the first time in decades, I haven't pilfered all the Halloween

candy before any of the trick-or-treaters even rang the door bell. Someone at

work this morning finally asked, " are you loosing weight " ? I didn't tell anyone

at work I had the surgery so that also made me feel great. I do hate that I had

to loose over 10% of my body weight for anyone to be able to tell a difference

but I know I'm on the right path.

Just wanted to share my excitement.
