Responses from DR. R's OFFICE ??

Hi,

Can anybody tell me if they are getting any responses back from Barbara? I

have called and called for a week or so and emailed and etc.

My insurance company NEEDS Dr. R's OFFICE to call them with my surgery DATE

of DEC 1 for them to put the precert NUMBER.

They sent out the approval letter to the hospital and to the doctor, BUT ..

they need Barbara to call them with my DATE.

They don't allow the patient to tell them the surgery date.

I get no answers back when I call or when I email.... and trying to Deal

with at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, lets just say is NOT my favorite

thing to do.
