Hospital payment

I had the surgery on 10/04. I was precertified with CIGNA in Illinois. I did

not have to give any

money to the hospital before the surgery. I think the 11,000 prepay is if you

are self pay and they

have no insurance to bill. The only money I took with was a cashier's check for

1255 - the 1000

deposit for Dr. R and the $255 for the clinic. By the way, I just got

notification from CIGNA that

they covered the clinic visit - I just have to pay my $15 copay.
