What you would need to do if you really want to use this product is to request a

hard copy letter to be mailed to you by the company stating the list of

ingredients, and that there is nothing else added to it. Even so, we cannot

deem it legal for everyone. It is at your own discretion that you use it, and

we suggest that it would be the first thing you pull if you are not making the

progress you hope to with SCD. Personally, I'd be concerned about exactly what

goes in the pot when they make the broth. They may only add honey to the

finished broth, but how do you know that there are no illegal foods used when

boiling the broth down? Are they willing to tell you exactly what they use when

simmering their broth?

Chicken stock

Does anyone have any experience using the Natural Chick Stock from

Kitchen Basics? I emailed them yesterday and it is all natural with

only honey added. Does anyone see a problem with using this for the

SCD diet?
