The beef and brocolli pie recipe found at scdrecipe.com is awesome. I also made

it last night using chicken and spinach. My family loves these little pies. I

make them in well greased muffin tins. They're easy for the kids to eat, and

even really great for on the go. In fact, they will be our on the go meal

tonight while we're driving to piano lessons. They also freeze really well.

Let them cool, and then place them on a parment or waxed paper lined cookie

sheet. Freeze, and then transfer to freezer bags. Of course, you can always do

a frozen yogurt to use as ice cream.

i goofed and over cooked my scd yogurt (35 hrs). i need some ideas for

recipes which include yogurt so i can bake out the bad guys.
