I haven't tried it myself, but someone who is great SCD cook recommended that I

try sesam oil in place of soy sauce.

Meleah

substitute for soy sauce?

Hi, I have a chicken dish that I want to try for my son. It's in the

crockpot and has soy sauce in it. Is there anything that can be used

as a substitute for it? Thanks!

Hi, Gwen,

Someone on another list long ago suggested I substitute Chinese

5-spice powder. Since we can't use spice blends on SCD, I found this

link that tells how it can be made.

Hope this helps,
